Our mission at Beven & Brock Property Management Company, Inc. is to provide property owners (our clients) with the best possible return on their investment while, at the same time, offering high quality product and service to tenants (also our clients). We make good use of our 30 years of experience in Property Management.

Currently, Associations between 2 units and 264 units are under management, with the average Association size being 30 units. We have no policy regarding minimum size of Association. If we are able to work together in helping your Board manage the Association, you are important to us regardless of your Association size.
