2. SATISFACTORY CREDIT HISTORY, MEANING ALL OPEN ACCOUNTS ARE PAID ON-TIME. IF THERE IS RENTAL HISTORY, RENTS ARE PAID ON-TIME AND IN-FULL.
3. AN ALTERNATIVE METHOD TO ESTABLISH FINANCIAL ABILITY WOULD BE TO PROVIDE THREE RECENT BANK STATEMENTS IN YOUR NAME SHOWING A CONSISTENT MINIMUM BALANCE OF AT LEAST FIVE MONTH'S RENT.

Applications are accepted in the order received. It is always possible that someone who saw a vacancy yesterday will bring in an application early this morning. It is always possible that someone who brought in an application last week for a different property will call today and ask that their application be applied to another property, even the one you may look at today.
If you take a key to look at a vacancy, there is always a chance that someone who saw the property yesterday, or earlier today, will submit an application while you are out looking.
