HOA Management Options

At Beven & Brock Property Management Company, Inc. we believe that no two associations are alike and that there is no single management solution that works for every association.

We have designed three basic choices that work for the majority of most homeowner associations as outlined below.

 

1) Full Service Management– this is most commonly selected by associations over 20 units.

Full Service management provides service in three general areas: Financial, Maintenance and Administrative.

2) Accounting & Administrative – This mid-level program is popular with associations between 2 and 30 units where the Board would like to be responsible for all the maintenance functions, or for larger associations where there is an on-site manager, or on-site maintenance person. This allows the Board to be free of the daily and monthly accounting functions, and not have to remember the required annual tasks.

3) Limited Financial – This is a relatively new option for associations of less than 20 units. It is the lowest cost and provides a basic accounting service along with access on an as-needed basis to other association management services. A separate fee applies as additional services are needed.
