Re: Closure of Beven and Brock’s Los Angeles PO Box on 12/31/2024.
You are receiving this important notice as your monthly HOA assessments payments are being sent to a P.O. Box that is scheduled to be closed on December 31, 2024.
You will likely need to change the bill pay address you have set up with your bank. Please do that promptly to avoid any problems with your HOA assessment payment after 12/31/24.
The reason for this change is that we are experiencing many delays with the Los Angeles post office, which has been extremely frustrating to the homeowners who have had to wait two to three weeks for their payments to be delivered and processed. As a result, we have decided to close the Los Angeles PO Box on 12/31/2024. This will require that you update your online remittance address from the current Los Angeles box to our Pasadena box, which is not experiencing those long delays.
Please update the remittance address as soon as possible so that your payments are not rejected when the box is permanently closed on 12/31/2024. You may be able to edit the address on your bank’s website and some owners may need to contact their bank for assistance. The Pasadena remittance address is also shown on the top left and the bottom right of each monthly billing statement. Always make your payments payable to your HOA.
