WELCOME TO THE BEVEN & BROCK BOARD MEMBER PORTAL!

As a board member of a Beven & Brock managed homeowner’s association, you have online access to your financial information in two different ways.  All board members have access to “live financial information” through direct access to our accounting system, which is called “Yardi One.”  Within the system you can access many different reports and download them into Excel or PDF format.

In addition, all board members have access to view “Reconciled financial statements” for prior months. The reports are also emailed or mailed monthly.  These reports can be found in the portal called “Condo Café.”   They are available only for board members only and this access should not be granted to owners, or copies of reports from this site should not be given to owners.   There is some confidential information and owners can receive redacted versions by contacting our records Department.    

Yardi One also offers access to board members who are the “approvers” of payables. The site is called “Payscan”, and it allows the “approver” to approve or question invoices prior to payment.   Beven & Brock does automatically approve utilities and insurance to make sure timely payment is made.
