If you live in a rental property managed by Beven & Brock you may use this form. It is for non-emergency maintenance requests only. If you have an emergency during business hours please call the office at 626-795-3282. If it is an after hours emergency call 1-877-532-4293. If you send the request after 5:00 pm or on the weekend we will not be able to contact you until the next business day.
  • We must be able to get in touch with you to schedule the repair.
  • In an effort to provide you the fastest service, please select your property manager. If you don't know the name or are unsure, click "not sure". (For tenants who moved in 2012, your account number will start with the property manager's initials).
