We really appreciate all of the services our vendors provide and would like to invite you to become a Preferred Vendor by advertising your company\u2019s services in our newsletter entitled, \u201cBeven & Brock HOA News & Views\u201d<\/strong><\/em>,<\/em> which we publish every 60 days.<\/p>\n You can see a\u00a0copy of our recent full color newsletter format with new ads devoted to our Preferred Vendors by clicking here<\/a>.<\/p>\n We have recently reduced the cost of a 1\u201d x 2.5\u201c (approx. size) SMALL ad space to $175.00 per issue.<\/strong> And the LARGE Ad 2\u201d x 3\u201d (approx. size) is $250.00 per issue<\/strong>. Discount plans are available for vendors who wish to have their ad run in each issue for one full year (6 issues).<\/em><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong>Small Ads for ONE year (6 issues), paid in advance, 20% discount = $840.00<\/strong><\/p>\n Large Ads for ONE Year (6 issues), paid in advance, 20% discount = $1200.00<\/strong><\/p>\n There is also a one-time set-Up charge of $30.00 for all new ads. However, we will waive the set up charge for all Ads paid in advance for ONE year.<\/p>\n Space is limited to 18 vendors per issue. Expansion may be considered at a later date.
