 THE OWNER PORTAL

The homeowner owner portal,  called “Condo Café” is currently the best place to do the following:

  1. Check your account balance.
  2. Make a payment or set up recurring payments, and request paperless statements.
  3. Update your “profile” information, where you can update your contact information and other important information such as vehicle information,   tenant and emergency contact information and more.
  4. Access your association documents
  5. Sign up for text message to be notified quickly in case of emergency.
  6. Report common area maintenance issues, if Beven & Brock provides this service to your association.

To log in for the first time:   email Login-help@bevenandbrock.com to receive an invitation,  if you cannot find the one that was sent earlier.
